First of all let me preface this with following information: This is the owners house. He lives on the second floor. Now when this is out of the way I cannot reccomend this enough. This is a really good lodging for its money and the owner is super nice. He picked us up at the station and even drove us to local hot springs and restaurants. He also took us close to Mt. Fuji (that costed around 5000 yen for gas) and we visited a hot spring from which we gazed at Mt. Fuji. Owner knows a bit of English and was super accommodating. Though it will help a lot if you know at least a little japanese.

We had a very relaxing stay and everything went really well. The breakfast was delicious! The rock and stone onsens were bigger than expected.

The guesthouse is right next door to the train station, the perfect location for sight seeing tourists. The room was well equipped with everything we needed. We were very comfy and slept soundly, waking up to a fantastic view of Mt Fuji from our bedroom window. Our lovely host Mejie (sorry for spelling) was so welcoming and allowed an early arrival to our room. Thank you for your kindness to us and your delicious gift for our onward jpurney.
