The Nakansendo trail to Tsumago was a highlight of our trip and I totally recommend spending a night/s here to do it :)

She helped me find a wonderful dinner in this off the beaten track historic town which was an absolute delight. The guest house is clean and comfortable and I would recommend it to any traveler looking for an authentic experience.
