The hostess was excellent in welcoming us to the property and making us feel at home. She and her dog were great with kids. The facilities were very clean and modern.

The location was fantastic, right in the center of Madaba. The hotelier truly did everything to make us feel welcome. We arrived at midnight due to a flight delay, but that was no problem at all. The hotelier had arranged a taxi from the airport to the hotel, and it was still waiting for us. Truly amazing. The breakfast was great! And the room met my expectations. When I return to Madaba, I will definitely book another stay at Pilgrim's Guest House.
