And did I mention the balcony- it’s where we ate our breakfast every morning and drank wine and played cards in the evening. The facility is perfect and is only out surpassed by its hosts - Stefania and Sergio. Sergio was sending us photos and videos of the area long before we arrived and made sure we had the local history. Stefania delivers a trolley outside your door each morning with a true Italian breakfast; with fresh oranges from Sergio’s trees. We had fresh orange juice every morning- my daughter was thrilled.

This recently renovated guest house is located 7.5 km from Marina di Puolo and 13 km from Roman Archeological Museum MAR. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. The room was fantastic! We arrived earlier than the official check-in time, but the host was incredibly accommodating from the very beginning — she let us store our luggage, and the cleaning team managed to get the room ready ahead of schedule. After a quick coffee in town, we were able to move in right away. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed — super clean, air-conditioned, smart TV with internet access, a great terrace, a coffee machine, and even some sweet treats waiting in the room. After two nights, we were given fresh towels and the bathroom was cleaned again, which was a lovely surprise. The area is very well connected with public transport, there’s great food nearby, and the sea is just a pleasant 15-minute walk away. Nothing to add, nothing to take away — everything was perfect. Hope to be back someday!
