The location is very convenient to visit campi Flegrei area, Pozzuoli, Napoli etc. you have private parking. The home made breakfast. You can ask for what you need and Sara and staff will make it happen. You are just in nature, can enjoy the beach, the volcanoes, with diving and thermal spas activities at your reach. I love this place very quiet and quaint, with awsome friendly attentetive staff. The upper deck has breathtaking view of the bay, and best view of Castello Aragonese. Rooms are spacious clean, each with thier own arched balcony within this charming turn of the century villa located in the heart of Ischia walking distance to all cute shops doted along the main cobblestone street leading to the castle. The property is surrounded with peaceful garden with various fresh fruits and vegetables. I highly recommend this place. The price is extremely reasonable might be worth it to contact them directly first.

The host, Angela, was very hospitable. The rooms were new and very clean. There were enough towels and toiletries. The beds were comfy. The European breakfast was great. The location was close to the ferry and some amazing restaurants on the water. The building was secure. Overall, our stay was lovely and we look forward to returning in the future.

This place was just magnificent. The owner Mr Franko makes you feel so special and welcome. All the staff are just so accommodating in every way. The gentleman that serves you in the evenings, the young man behind the bar, the chef in the kitchen, and not forgetting the kindest lady tending to the rooms. It’s a special kind of family atmosphere that will make me come back again and again. Best pasta I have eaten in Forio and Ischia. Thank you so much.

Amazing architecture, very picturesque! Our room was very comfortable and nice. Spacious enough for 3 people. Location was just at the heart of the island so we could walk literally every direction. The hosts Lidia, her father and her grandfather were the most amazing people ever! They were super kind and helpful about everything, even helped us to book the transportations to Napoli airport. Their everyday fresh and rich breakfast full of local foods was also very good.

A welcome bottle of wine, a supply of quality coffee, all the necessities for preparing a meal. Considering that Procida is a small island, everything is within easy reach, no more than a 15-minute walk in any direction. More than enough number of restaurants, shops, cafes and confectionery. I especially recommend renting a scooter or electric bike.
