This was SUCH a great place to stay just outside of the Cliffs of Moher. I knew I wanted to avoid the crowds and hike from Doolin to Hags Head in the early hours of the morning and this was the PERFECT place to do it from. Doolin is quiet in the evenings and there is an excellent pub just down the way (5 min or less) from the lodge. Host was helpful but leaves you to yourself and amenities were excellent. Breakfast space was helpful for coffee early am. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and fully plan to for easy access to Aran Islands, which I didn't get to this time.

Perfect little cottage. Beautiful in every way. I wish we had more time. We didn’t want to leave. Elaine is a fantastic host and we were made feel welcome from the first moment we stepped foot in the door. We will be back!

Set 2 km from Doolin, Ceol na dTonnta is a boutique B&B featuring free WiFi access and free private parking. The property is 1.7 km from Doolin Cave on the Wild Atlantic Way. This was a wonderful room with a luxurious view. We loved the breakfast, especially the scones, fresh berries, and cheese platter. The closest pub/dinner was a short walk away. We were met with such kindness and helpfulness - would love to go back.

The Pipers Rest is set in Doolin, off the main road, just a 2-minute walk from two of Doolin's traditional Irish music pubs. All rooms feature tea/coffee making facilites and complimentary WiFi. Brilliant place to stay - lovely rooms, super friendly and helpful hosts and amazing breakfast! They also gave us great suggestions for nearby restaurants and local sights/ things to do. I’d recommend staying a few days, as Portstewart and the Northern Coast are beautiful.
