Fantastic. We enjoyed the stay totally. We were on our own. Kitchen was fully equipped. Rooms were decent and clean . Would come back and also recommend.

The room was spectacular! Big and comfy, exactly as in the pictures and description. We got a warm welcome, and had a tasty breakfast. For those who tour around Birr - it is an excellent choice! Triple Room with Private Bathroom at Caroline's Guest House, River Street,... Amazing little place with a great hostess. The room had everything we needed for the stay, there was a parking spot avalible and on top of that we got a fantastic fry up in the morning. Felt like staying over at a friends place.

The owners where very approachable and accomidating. I was greeted on arrival and shown around the barn which is a large accomidation holding multiple rooms, a snug corner with some appliances for meals. As well as the bathroom and parallel shower rooms which are very clean and modern. I was shown to my own room which was adjacent to a groovy covered outdoor area.
