I choose Rumah Kawan because of the the garden as my mom loves gardening. This place is spacious, clean and calming. The owners were very welcoming towards us. At first I booked room with 2 single beds but Mba Tina upgraded our room to the king size bed and help us get additional bed. We even got adviced before go to the waterfall. The breakfast is good and we were served with fruits too. Even though there's some small incidents happen that night, Mba Tina was very helpful and accepted our advice wisely. We appreciated it. We did the surf lessons through the hostel which were super fun. The instructors were really knowledgeable and helped us improve our surfing so much. We also got a massage at the new oasis spa on the property which was very nice. The breakfast was also really tasty and had good options—smoothie bowls, pancakes, egg sandwich, eggs. What made this stay really exceptional, however, was the staff! They were all so friendly and helpful. It was so sad to say goodbye after our 5 days at secret spot!
