The Honti Panzio was like a little chalet, very charming. A little spring behind the building made us feel like in a mountain resort. Honti Hotel, were we had breakfast, is just a few steps from the Panzio. The breakfast (buffet style) was very good. Parking place was in the courtyard of the Panzio, with a closed gate during the night, which felt very safe.

I was greeted by the owner quickly and taken to the apartment. Amadeus was very thorough with all the details required and left some brochures of Esztergom with additional information on where to eat. He gave a complimentary bottle of wine which was very nice. It was so easy to get to the apartment and settle in. It was very comfortable. It was situated at the most beautiful and picturesque location of all of Esztergom and will never forget it. I would recommend it to anyone to stay.

The area is popular for cycling and hiking, and bike hire is available at the guest house. The guest house has a picnic area where you can spend a day out in the open. The view, unique place, very large, clean and good room, with large window to see the view, also had sitting area on a personal balcony, tiny kitchen for coffee (Lavazza coffee). Stuff very kind, food AMAZING! really recommend the dinner.

We had bikes with us, storing them safely was crucial to us and we were offered a secure place to keep them. Cycling in the nearby mountains was unexpectadly demanding, which was actually an advantage. The host was very friendly and helpful, breakfasts fresh and tasty, room spotlessly clean. We surely recommend this place.
