Just steps from the beach, this family-run resort offers a peaceful location in Karterados Beach and a personalised service. The kindness of our hosts Anna and Artemis is beyond compare. The hotel is charming, clean with a lovely view of the beach and a nice swimming pool. When our taxi to the airport at 4am didn't arrive, Artemis took us to the airport himself, which I don't think a lot of people would do. We really appreciated this :)

Situated in a peaceful area of Fira, just 500 metres from the main square, Gianna Suites provides a charming base with a traditional courtyard and outdoor pool. スタッフの方が非常に親切だった。システムトラブルがあり、予約していた部屋に1泊（予約は２泊）しか出来なかったが、その為か非常に気を使って頂いた。（２泊目は部屋を変更）お部屋は清潔感があり、非常に快適でした。Wi-Fiスピードも全く問題ありませんでした。事前にスタッフの方より連絡があり、色々やり取りが出来たことも良かったです。WhatsAppをインストールすると良いと思います。イアや空港行きのバス停もそんなに遠くなかったです。（10分程度）

Excellent room, professional responses to all of my inquiries, spacious shower room (especially enjoyed this), nice balcony, awesome daily cleaning service, great heating and hot water, nice location at a walking distance from downtown and the hub of local bus terminal (most important). I highly recommend this hotel for the best value for the price.

Wonderful place, full of flowers, walking distance to Oia shops and restaurants. Great room - clean, ample and well lighted, nice sunny swimming pool, ample parking and fantastic and amicable staff.

The host was so nice!! She gave us an upgrade due to availability. The jacuzzi was amazing for resting at night after a busy day. The room was clean, with good air conditioning. The location was great, close to the center of Fira and all the restaurants/pubs. Amazing place!

We loved that it was at the end of town so it was really quiet. It was a 10 minute walk to the town square and the bus station. Delicious little bakery was just 5 minutes walk. The lovely black pebbled beach is just down the hill. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. We would certainly stay here again if we return to Santorini.

The staff were very helpful and super polite. All our needs were met - they were available 24/7, they even helped arranged our transport before we landed and to catch our ferry! The room was very clean, with all the amenities we needed and our own balcony area (although the room next door did need to walk through it to get to their room - we only saw them once in our whole stay). The location was amazing, the beach is right around the corner and the bakery/restaurant right out were great!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They arranged us an early checkin and also kept our bags since we had a late flight. Also they let us use the washroom after checked out even as we came from the beach directly to collect our bags.
