When I come back to Tbilisi again, I will definitely stay here.

The lady host is very sweet and very nice. She was there to greet us at 4am! We returned to the same place when back from our tour. Parking is available You will need to climb 3-+1 stairs just be advised. Room is basic but comfortable, has TV and Fridge. Great view

Clean and very well run guesthouse in a pretty street. Full check-in details were sent the day before, so arriving late at night was no problem. The room and kitchen were well equipped and the host was lovely. Highly recommended!

The lack of English is not a problem, as some people have mentioned in previous posts. Their son speaks decent English anyway if you need help with enquiries. They allowed us to store luggage when we went to Kazbegi for a few days. The room is comfortable, clean and air-conditioned. The property is about 15 mins walk from the Old Town but it is right next to the huge cathedral, which is worth a stroll around both at night and during the day
