At the guest house, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. I received a free room upgrade, I stayed on the 3rd floor, a very spacious room with a terrace, hammock and spectacular mountain view. Exemplary cleanliness, elegant and modern design. The breakfast was very good and varied. I also received advice on where to have dinner. I will definitely come back there for the Kazbegi route. And the cats are lovely. This is definitely our best experience in Georgia.

Through our 9 nights in Georgia staying in different hotel/guest house/hostel in many cities, this was the beét accommodation we have ever stayed. The host of this house is the kindest and loveliest and the best host we met. Our room has access to terrace with beautiful view to the mountain and the Gergeti church. Kitchen is well equipped and has full of amenities to cook, tea and coffee are free to use. Comfortable room, comfy bed, heater worked well, very good water pressure. Last but not least, the location is very central, right in the downtown, close to everything. You dont have to walk uphill with heavy luggage in a cold weather which is a big plus. Bus station is just 3 mins walking. We love this place so much and wish we could stay longer.

Basic room, but totally ok. The host family was helpful regarding our questions even though there are language barriers. You can use the diner and kettle throughout the day, which is great. The place exceeded our expectations and would be happy to be back one day.

Great location, the owners were incredibly kind and caring, and the bed is so comfortable! It was a chilly weekend when I was visiting Kazbegi, and they provided me with an electric space heater in the room which was super helpful when I came back from hiking soaking wet and needed to dry my shoes! Would absolutely stay here again!
