Wi-Fi was stable, kitchen fully equipped — everything worked as it should. 🚿 Facilities Bathrooms were clean, with hot water available all the time. Hairdryer and other essentials were there. 📍 Location About a 10-minute walk to the beach, with shops and cafes nearby. Super convenient. 🎲 Highlight Evenings were spent playing board games with other guests — a fun way to meet people and relax. There were both casual and more strategic games. 💬 Conclusion A cozy, budget-friendly place with a great vibe. I’d definitely come back if I’m in Batumi again.

I booked a room for me and mom. The rooms were really neat and smelled so good! The toilets were clean - there was hot running water, toilet paper, and soap. The kitchen is common for all, and is rarely used by everyone and well maintained. The owner of the property, Ms Marita, I believe, was so accommodating. She didn’t speak English but was super patient with us, kind, and I would love to see her again. Overall I didn’t feel like checking out from the property at all.
