All guest rooms will provide guests with a wardrobe and a kettle. We stopped there for the night. Very nice restaurant, quite generous portions and very serviceable staff. The hotel is brilliant. We had a superb room,very nicely decorated, excellent bed, very quiet we slept quite well. Here again, the staff was very nice and helpful.

This stunning mansion set in 4 acres of award-winning gardens is situated on the edge of the Northumbrian countryside, yet only 10 minutes' drive from the Newcastle city centre.

The hotel is within a 10 minute walk of the historic Ryton with its ancient church and selection of cafes and restaurants. It is only one mile from Hadrian's Wall walk. Room was so clean and fresh, also bathroom was clean, comfortable bed. Just left to do your own thing. Definitely be going back and will highly recommend
