Located on the main street of Pitlorchry, this awesome guest house is so beautiful and we wished we could stay atleast another night. The family room with a double bed and 2 twins was simply the best. It was facing the street and the opposite side has a lovely piece of artwork. They have the best garden of the entire street. The villa is also the best architecturally.

Everything is very well thought of starting from the slippers provided to the complimentary bread, butter and jam. The room is spacious and very clean. The decor made the room feel like home. The location and the views are great. Every corner in this house had something to admire.

The guest house features family rooms. We had a very pleasant stay at this guest house. The house itself is very nice, with pretty, clean room. The location is great. Within walking distance of Edinburgh city centre, and there’s also a bus stop nearby if you prefer not to walk. Parking is available, but spaces are limited, so it’s a good idea to reserve in advance. The staff were lovely and welcoming. One small note: rooms on the higher floors might be a challenge for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues, as the stairs are quite steep.
