Review for ‘The Nest’
We visited this cosy get away recently and enjoyed a very quiet and chilled weekend together. The ‘nest’ was spotlessly clean and contained everything needed to feel at home, all furnished to a very high standard. The host was very friendly and provided lots of information on the local area. Nothing was too much trouble. You can see that a lot of time and thought has been put into making this a great place to stay.

The room was amazing and premises are located in a quiet area. Wendy has put a great deal of thought into making the room as comfortable as possible for her guests making sure that anything you may need is provided. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was great. We loved that there was a fridge in the room and that cereals and milk were also provided in the room for breakfast. There was parking on-site. It was great value for money and I highly recommend this accommodation.

The Nest is a beautiful little spot in a great location- well placed to get around the New Forest quickly and easily. We loved the private terrace, perfect for a sunny breakfast and evening drinks! Welcoming hosts and everything you need is provided, would highly recommend!

A beautifully appointed little cottage - perfect for a couple. Very pleasant and kind hosts. Great location, just over the road from a large and interesting lake with plenty of wildlife. Just a few minutes from Beaulieu, Bucklers Hard, Exbury Gardens and Brockenhurst. Very comfortable and has a lovely attached conservatory which is a sun trap. Hosts had supplied milk, eggs and bread, as well as tea and coffee. Good little farm shop only a few hundred yards away with butcher and all other vital supplies. Secure location with gated access.
Such lovely finishing touches especially with the breakfast goodies! Luxurious and comfortable feel in a great location. Great communication with host with a detailed book with all the information you need and recommendations
