If you are staying over for a football game, you couldn't choose a better place. Lyndsay, our host, was welcoming, warm and absolutely accommodating. On arrival, each of our rooms had a greeting card with complimentary waters and muffins. We felt right at home. There is a bus stop close by if you wish to commute and an uber will get you to the city centre in about 9 to 13 minutes, depending on where you want to go. There is a local pub just a short walk up the road where you can get to know the locals and enjoy a beer on tap. Thank you Lyndsay for making our stay so memorable.

The hosts are amazing, and never experienced such a wonderful hosts and hence leaving this review as I am genuinely amazed. We were greeted by the owner to also show around the property, and not just that, we were also greeted again by a family member later in the night, as we stayed there for the game, where they dropped by just to ensure the guests does not have any issues!

No complaints whatsoever, owner was lovely and helpful. Location is perfect very close to the Mersey, it was absolutely spotless and definitely worth the money. Would 100% come back.

The room was comfy, everything was clean, the owner very kind and the place very quiet. It had plenty of details like shampoo and bath gel, boiler, coffee, milk, still water. The room is in a private area for clients, etc. Besides the beach for a nice morning walk. I forgot my earphones and the owner called me to ask my address to send them. Very good quality-price.

Big comfy bed and soft luxurious duvets and towels. We were on top floor this time and had a great view at the front. I didn't get to meet Amanda but my son did and said she really is a lovely host. Kitchen spotless and you really do feel safe with all the security cameras on the corridors and landings. Just came home tonight and son asking when are we are going back? Hopefully won't be too long. Would recommend 100%. Keep up the great work.
