Room was totally clean 😀 (I'm very critical) . View was exceptional. A lovely guesthouse. Ida and Richard: thank you for everything. Breakfast in fridge: wonderful. We love this island ❤️.

That was a lovley place to stay. The owner Gloria was very nice. Everything was extremly clean, even my towels were changed every day, that i wasn't expected. Also in a room was a ketle, tea, coffee and cream. And very nice to have a breakfast in the morning too!

Perfect location overlooking the small harbour, near many restaurants and shops and halfway between St Brelades Bay and St Helier. Very welcoming, very clean and unfortunately very small. Doesn't take away how comfortable the bed is, but the room was almost impossibly small to manoeuvre with an even smaller bathroom. Also not a fan of having the sink in my bedroom.
Maybe fans could be offered there is no AC in this quaint historic guesthouse.

A fantastic time at a well located property in a quiet area, an easy walk from the town centre. Gloria is an amazing host making you feel immediately welcome and great fun to speak with. The Avoca is clean, comfortable and superb value for money but, mostly, a happy and friendly place to be.

Our hosts were welcoming and informative, giving advice on the surrounding areas. Our room, room 1 was really lovely filled with character and overlooked the beautiful garden with a sea view. The kitchenette was very well thought out and lots of great extras such as a continental breakfast in our full size fridge. Very much appreciated, thank you. Parking was convenient opposite the guest house too. Jersey itself was simply stunning, well worth the visit, will be returning to Undercliff.
