Clean, comfy, quiet room. Helpful hosts and the breakfast was excellent. Easy walking distance to Rothsay center and all it's amenities. Great island for walking and cycling. Mount Stuart house and gardens a must visit, it was beyond our expectations.

The views were amazing, breakfast was delicious, the 50s decor was outstanding in its detail, the room and bathroom were spotless and the bathroom had the facilities equal to a 4 star hotel. Finally, the host was charming and very helpful and made our stay very relaxing.

The owner was very welcoming and gave helpful advice about what to do and where to eat. The Commodore Guesthouse is in a great location and we enjoyed wonderful sea views, especially when the sun was out! The suite was well equipped, warm and spotlessly clean.
