Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Outdoor seating allows guests to sit outside and enjoy the good weather. This is a big property with 10 rooms on the second floor. No lift. The ground floor has many spaces for large and small gatherings. I particularly enjoyed the glassed-in patio area for a morning coffee and a read. It is very quiet and feels like being in the country. Well-equipped kitchen. Also has several small areas to prepare food or coffee/tea. This would be a great place to have a family reunion and book the whole place.

The apartment is perfectly located in the centre of St Ives. Theres plenty of coffee shops, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep.The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended.
