We had a nice overnight stay in the Yard in. Perfect situation for visiting Bath. 😊 We really enjoyed our visit to the Roman Bath and had chilly time in the “beckford bottle shop”. Both the hotel and wine bar are our favourite accommodations.

The Brocks guesthouse is in a fantastic location. On a very charming street a few minutes aways from lovely cafes, independent stores and art galleries. Between the Circus and Royal Crescent and 3 mins run to the Botanical garden if you want a run in the morning. You can walk to the centre of Bath in less than 10 mins. The room was very comfortable and quiet.

Beautiful property, great location only 7 minute walk to town. Great hosts, loved my room especially comfy bed ! Lots of tea and coffee in room , fab breakfast, loved my stay thank you ❤️

Nice traditional bed and breakfast. But breakfast wasnt served. It was waiting in fridge, and it was just good. House has good feeling. Narrow stairs. Dont take oversize luggage. This guest house doesnt suit for modernists. Location is a little far away from city centre but walkable, and nice riverside route. Really helpfull owner who lives nextdoor. Quiet place and quiet street. Not cheap, but not so expensive as mony others in Bath.

The hotel is in a great location as it only takes 10 minutes to walk into the city centre. The breakfast was excellent - so much to choose from, freshly cooked, and very yummy! Debby was the host and she is really lovely and made our stay extra special with tips for what to do and where to go! The rooms are comfortable and provide everything you need.

Very welcoming reception, happy to accommodate us early while waiting for the room due to inclement weather. Offered tea/coffee, which was very welcome! Lovely lounge, honesty bar & breakfast facilities. Room was a great size for 3 adults. Location was superb, quiet area on bus routes from station. Only 15 minutes walk from city centre to guesthouse.

A comfortable, warm, quiet, large room, which was not only extremely clean but had loads of thoughtful touches, such as crisps, chocolate and biscuits. The host was fabulous and extremely helpful with bus routes and information on the local cafe. A well placed location with a return bus to the city centre every 20 mins at only £3.60 return.

Very basic accommodation and service, but that's what makes it so cheap. If you're just after a clean bed in a great location this is for you. There's no reception, just a set of keys waiting for you as you arrive. Location is perfect, just behind the Rec and within 2 mins walk to the river and the city centre. Rooms look like up market student accommodation, but that's a good thing - nothing superfluous, all very clean and tidy and just the basics - no need to pay for anything you don't need. Would definitely stay again
