The home-welkoming-vibe. Our favorite moment of the day was the morning coffee with the amazing conversation with Luis en Silvia. The place was so beautiful and calming. We had everything we needed and more. Thanks to the helpful advice from them we were able to navigate and discover beautiful places to visit and delicious food. There is so much to do. We are coming back.

The guest house also offers facilities for disabled guests. Everything was perfect. Very clean and well organized rooms. We stayed 7 days. Every day, they were cleaning,changing sheets and towels, leaving coffee, sugar and milk. The room was very quiet. The staff was polite and helpful. Special thanks to Bosad, who helped us a lot,while we had a health issue. He also gave us accurate information in order to discover not only the city but also the Basque area itself. We highly recommend BYPILLOW Bilbo.
