This is a large mansion dating from the end of the 19th century and has been refurbished to accommodate a new style of tourism. The hotel has been lovingly decorated with wood combined with cheerful fabric and with a range of colours and a collection of antique pieces that fill the hallways and bedrooms. This is a place that oozes harmony and with charming gardens populated by hundred year old trees and a swimming pool surrounded by palm trees. The property was wonderfully characterful. Alcove and walls were full of old artefacts and paintings. It had been a plantation in the past but water shortages have changed that. They grow as much fruit as they can for guests. I especially enjoyed the company of the cats and chickens at breakfast

The location of the apartment is perfect — the amenities were excellent, from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy beds and stylish decor and the small garden. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, gave us a warm welcome, and were always available for any questions. We felt welcome and well taken care of from the very first moment. The accommodation was in a calm area, near to a park and the bus stop to the center (san telmo station). Everything was perfect, clean and cosy. We are feeling like at home ! All details and care make me feel so happy and I'm gonna for sure to return here if I'm going back to Gran Canarias. The owner has a coffee shop, with the best coffee and tasty foods (I recommend the sandwich with guacamole, cheese and tomatoes!)
