The best guest house type of accommodation I have visited so far. Riccarda provides an exceptional level of hospitality and will do everything for you to feel like you are home. She met me with home made lasagna in the late evening when I arrived. Next, I surely recommend to reserve time in the morning for her yoga classes, even if you have not ever done yoga before - just like me. Friendly atmosphere that allows making new acquaintances (but if you don't want you don't have to, there is no pressure!). The cats! 🐈🐈‍⬛Convenient location provided you have a rental car (I would anyway recommend renting one regardless of where you stay). Felt very comfortable and didn't want to leave.

The guest house provides a sun terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. it is a nice property. it has all the facilities needed and the staff is very nice and helpful.

There's everything you may need and Kryspin- the host - is very kind and helpful if you need assistance but also gives you privacy and space. You do need to walk up the hill to get there but twisted stairs with few little junctions make it actually very entertaining journey- for us it only added to whole experience :)

This is a large mansion dating from the end of the 19th century and has been refurbished to accommodate a new style of tourism. The hotel has been lovingly decorated with wood combined with cheerful fabric and with a range of colours and a collection of antique pieces that fill the hallways and bedrooms. This is a place that oozes harmony and with charming gardens populated by hundred year old trees and a swimming pool surrounded by palm trees. The property was wonderfully characterful. Alcove and walls were full of old artefacts and paintings. It had been a plantation in the past but water shortages have changed that. They grow as much fruit as they can for guests. I especially enjoyed the company of the cats and chickens at breakfast

The big flat is near from Yumbo,I had a nice,clean and comfortable room,bathroom,i used the kitchen,terrace.Everything was perfect,Jeffrey is a good and friendly host.

At the guest house, some units are fitted with a coffee machine and wine or champagne. Casa Luz is located in a corner of the Paradise. In between huge mountains of Gran Canaria, 20 minutes drive from Agaete port through an amazing route by the mountain....you arrive in El Risco, a very small village where the locals are all smiling and you see them working together as a community. When you enter Casa Luz, you discover that there is absolutely everything you may need for your stay, even things that you didn't know you needed. You basically feel right at home. The house is kept wonderfully clean, and there are a lot of small details that will make your stay a truly memorable one. Photos don't do justice of what the house is actually like (it's a lot better than in the photos). Another AMAZING feature is the fact that you CAN drink the tap water, which was impossible for us in any other location on Gran Canaria and Tenerife. You can feel that the water is pure, directly from the mountain, without chlorine. Raul and his mom, Mari Luz, are very friendly hosts and available to help you anythig, while offering your privacy. The terrace was our favorite part. During the day you can sunbathe, at sunset you can enjoy the sights of the local fauna (some majestic birds), and at night you have the whole sky for yourself, completely free of light pollution, so ideal if you like to watch the stars. I could go on with this description way longer, but I'll stop here before the nostalgia of the fact that we only stayed for 3 nights will get too overwhelming. I can't wait to be back.
