First and foremost stunning guest house. Beautifully decorated and styled throughout. We were welcomed with open arms by Ossama, Laurice and their beautiful family. The rooms are very spacious with the most comfortable bed, I already miss it, large bathroom and a bonus living are that opened up onto a small balcony. Room also has fridge, air conditioning and electric fan which was perfect for night time. Every morning we were treated to a huge delicious breakfast with numerous various foods. Delicious ! ! ! Staff were so friendly. Now on to the proprietors. They looked after every booking for each trip we were interested in doing which were all brilliant and went off without a hitch. Due to lost luggage on arrival into Egypt Ossama liaised with the airline /courier Company days before our arrival and once found, had our luggage delivered to the guest house. For this alone we can not thank him enough. If you plan to visit Luxor do not hesitate to stay at Kemet House…you won’t regret it. Ossama and Laurice, thank you for your hospitality. You were truly wonderful and your guest house is a credit to you both. The very best of luck always.

The place has a very good value of the money. The place was very nice, comfortable, clean, and affordable. The host is respectful and helpful. There is a nice cafe in the street! For host: thank you for your hospitality. I only have a few suggestions: please buy dark curtain, as the current curtains don't make the room fully dark. Please increase the charge of the room by 50 cent and always add toilet paper. I suggest that you buy spring mattress + bigger bed sheet for the bed to ensure the main mattress stays clean and in good shape for long time. I hope you find my suggestions helpful.

It is a small hotel looking to the Valley of Queens in Luxor, away from the noise of the city and the rush of the tourists. The food is prepared from the organic garden they have in the property and the quantity is very generous and a fair price. Ali helped me to find a driver to take us to the main attractions in Luxor and was always flexible with our schedule. For sure the best place to stay in Luxor!

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was warmly welcomed and instantly felt at home. The staff are so friendly and caring that it quickly felt like being part of a family. The food was absolutely delicious, and the portions were huge! Far from being hungry, I always left the table happily full. The free tea, coffee, and drinks offered throughout the day were another lovely touch a small detail that really makes you feel special. As a digital nomad, I especially appreciated what this place offers. The quiet atmosphere made it so easy to focus, and the internet speed was really good. Both the garden and the terrace have working areas, so I could easily take my laptop outside and enjoy a productive day in a beautiful setting. In short, this place is not only perfect for a holiday but also for remote work. It’s ideal for anyone who wants to relax while staying productive. Leaving was honestly hard, because this is the kind of place you quickly get attached to and can’t wait to come back. 🌿✨

There was nothing to not like - Guest house at a peaceful place, not too far from main road, yet not too close. Very peaceful. - 5 mins walk to main road, ferry that take you to other side of the road. - Rooms are big, cozy and clean. - There's a helper who's available for all your needs. - The owner Mohammad will assist you for everything, getting you picked up from airport to arranging tour for you to everything at a very reasonable cost. Trust me when I say at a very reasonable cost. - For vegetarian less breakfast options but you can inform in advance for anything. Our stay in luxor was smooth and nice.
