The property was well equipped even with filter water for us to take. The twin room was cosy and comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and the options of activities was great. Jeremy took us on a tour of three different places in the area and we learned so much about the local history, super interesting. Would highly recommend :)

Amazing place! Simple, nice view, good coffee and such a friendly staff (and a beautiful and fluffy cat!) Diego and Gabriela are really nice, always helpful with information. And least but not less important: certainly the most comfortable bed and the best shower I've had in two weeks in Colombia.

Great hospitality from the moment we walked up to the doors. Immediately felt welcome and a part of the town thanks to the friendliness of the staff and all of their recommendations. Very clean. And the entire property is a total vibe with great views. We hung out on the patio one night and it was so relaxing.

Monica, the owner, was the highlight of our stay, always available and immensely helpful. Her local expertise, having grown up in Armenia, provided invaluable insights for newcomers to the area. If the location & room itself wasn't enough, the view was INCREDIBLE: overlooking a residential neighborhood with panoramic views of the mountains! The internet was strong & the balcony added some nice outdoor space; 3 minute walk to the heart of Salento. Felt extremely safe. Arranged transport for us to Pereira airport which was worry-free.

Hostal Bamboo was one of our favourite stays while in Colombia. The owner was extremely hospitable, he let us check in early to have some rest after a long bus ride and was always happy to give tips about Salento or just have chat. The location was perfect, only a 10 min walk to the centre and next to the road leading to all the coffee farms (we booked a coffee tour through this hostel). The rooms were clean, spacious, quiet and with amazing views. There is a water filter in the kitchen.

The host is the sweetest woman, very friendly and always on disposal. The place is super cute, sustainable and in a perfect location- a few minutes away from the towns center, in a peaceful spot. The garden is beautiful, full of hummingbirds and local plants.
