Fronalpstock Hotel & Restaurant is situated in Stoos, 1922 metres above sea level and next to the 4er Sesselbahn Fronalpstock and 6er Sesselbahn. Located amidst the Ski Region Stoos, the inn is only accessible by foot or via the cable car. We loved everything about this hotel. Unfortunately we had a bad luck with the weather during our stay and we didn’t manage to enjoy the view which made us really really sad. But it’s no one’s fault obviously. The staff otherwise were welcoming, always smiling and very helpful. We loved our small room, the chalet cozy vibes as well as the delicious food. Also had so much fun with their baby goats. Wish I can come back one day to see the views too.

Robert epitomizes what hospitality should be like in an ideal world. Lovely lodgings, modern spacious rooms, and splendid breakfast to get started for the day, with generous spread of fresh breads, cheese/meat, and eggs to go with the usual staples. Location is 20 min bus ride from Luzern train station (bus 24 has a stop right in front).

This hotel is situated in Meggen, just 700 metres away from Lake Lucerne. It offers an Italian restaurant with garden terrace. All rooms have a bathroom and cable TV.

Pasta dishes, pizza and risotto are served at Ristorante Schlössli. Homemade desserts include tiramisu, panna cotta with blueberries and chocolate mousse. The bed was comfortable and the food was very good. I recommend the breakfast. The coffee was excellent.
