Views are stunning. The village is quite small, doesn't have a lot of events. Comfy beds, clean shared bathrooms, clean towels. Places to sit and spend time near hotel.

Quiet and lovely atmosphere in a small village. Very beautiful place. The room was clean and smelled nice. There was a universal plug in the bathroom drawer. And a mosquito killer plug in the wardrobe. Kettle and coffee maker with cups were in the hall. But there are only 5-6 rooms so no problem. The staff were wearing local clothes which were very lovely.

Our rustic-style 3-star hotel with 12 rooms enjoys an idyllic, sunny and quiet location on the edge of the village, offering superb panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The hotel was slightly out of town so it was lovely and quiet area. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating.

Located right on the shore of the scenic Eugenisee Lake, Pension St. Jakob is 800 metres from the centre of Engelberg and a 5-minute walk from the Engelberg Cable Car. Great location for the gondola. Breakfast was really good, staff was super helpful Room was clean and very comfortable
