We arrived after check-in hours and the staff made it so easy for us, so that when we arrived, we would have no problem at all. It is thought for quality sleep and absolute rest, which is what I expect in all hotels but unfortunately, it is not always like that. Breakfast is so complete and varied; besides, it has quality food, which tastes so well when you have the Alps in front of you.

The hotel is at a bit higher place which makes it one of the best places in town to have the magnificent snow Mountain views. And there are lots of small and cute decorations. The owner is super friendly and helpful.
