We arrived at night thanks to an unreliable airline which changed its schedule 2 times. That is always an unsettling experience when you are not familiar with a location. So we sent a localisation to the host so that they could track us. How pleasant it was to spot someone (Sam) at the last corner waiting for some hesitant guests. We were blown away by the house, we were expecting an ordinary set up... The room was extremely comfortable, the house had been renovated and decorated with great taste. We were in a small hotel, with even probably better facilities.

Adam and Kelly went out of their way to make us feel 'at home' The breakfast was excellent. You would have to go a long way to find a better guest house than Bentley's, and we will certainly return, next time we visit South Africa.

Albert is a superb and super friendly host, the unit was clean and well equipped. The location is in a calm area but not far away from the beach and grocery stores as well as the vast Canal Walk shopping center. Overall a great location if you don't want to be in the touristic hot spots. Getting to the city bowl is a matter of few minutes by Uber or the myCiTi-Bus.

Situated in Bloubergstrand, Gull on the Bay Boutique Guest House boasts panoramic views of Table Mountain, Robben Island and Table Bay.

Wow, this small, familiar and cosy hotel is a hidden gem! Fantastic staff! Best location for visiting central Cape Town and Bo Kaap. Cooling small pool on the roof top where you can relax with a beer from the honesty bar. Or have breakfast in the morning. Thank you for storing our luggage and letting us take a shower before leaving for the airport in the evening!

Everything. Alison was very hospitable & friendly. It was the best place we stayed during our trip. The breakfast was divine.

Loved our stay here. Wonderful chats with the owner, yummy breakfast, beautiful saltwater pool, lovely gardens, comfortable bed and spacious room. Kitesurfers - there is a hose to wash off gear :). I hope we can come back again one day!
