this place was amazing!!! maybe one of the best guesthouses/hostels I’ve ever stayed in! the service was sooo good, and the family owning the place is the sweetest people ever! I arrived at 4.30 in the morning, texted them, and they responded right away and let me into the bed! they have free bicycles so you can bike into the centre of Hoi an in 5 min. They also arranged my train to Ninh Binh! And overall the dorm is great and clean, they have a cute garden and a really nice pool! loved loved loved this place!

I really like the atmosphere here, the rice fields give me the peaceful feeling of the Vietnamese countryside, I had a memorable stay here. I just wish I had more time to enjoy the peace here. We loved everything about our stay! We even ended up extending because we loved the area and the accommodation so much! The restaurant down stairs is also incredible! Amazing coffee and breakfasts! Michael, Le and the team were also so friendly, helpful and accommodating ♥️ we stayed in the best room! L1 with the balcony. If it’s available definitely book it! It’s worth the extra!
