We wanted a comfortable stay after a week of touring Tunisia and this place was perfect for it. Very relaxing atmosphere, located in a nice neighborhood. Close to plenty of cafes and restaurants, promenade along the lake. A bit further though from the main sites in the city, but wasn't a problem to get short taxi rides everywhere. Mr Mehdi was very very helpful with everything.

This property really exceeded my expectations. Even though located in the heart of the Medina, the area was very calm and peaceful. The building and rooms are very tastefully decorated and the services were all very well-done. Breakfast was available even during Ramadan and the staff were very attentive. The hammam was clean, warm, and lovely and the attendants were extremely kind. You are within 3 minutes from the Zitouna mosque, most of the Souk, and the ministerial buildings. I slept very peacefully in the comfortable bed, there was coffee and snacks made available, and the bathroom is well equipped.

The location is perfect, in Medina! Aziz is helpful in every aspect! If there is a need I suggest you just ask if Aziz can help you with that. It can save you a lot of hassle in planning effort. Dar Kenza is named after Aziz’s sister Kenza. Very nice and smart! I spent about 4 nights, experiencing different styles of rooms. Nice expense in Tunisia thanks to Dar Kenza!

Location is unbeatable, walking distance from Sidi bou Said and right on the water - a highlight of our stay in Tunis. This is a very nice small hotel if you are looking for a clean, beautiful and fresh hotel. The room with view of the sea was amazing. Very well kept and fresh. We quickly felt at home. The owner and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast amazing and exciting. Even though we stayed one week we got new surprises every morning.
