We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment. The communication with the host was excellent from the very beginning. They were very accommodating and kindly allowed us to check in a bit earlier upon our request. The check-in process itself was incredibly smooth and modern; all doors open with a personal code, making it completely hassle-free. The apartment felt brand new and was equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and, while not huge, the layout is very smart and efficient. The large windows make the space feel bright and airy. There's a small but comfortable seating area with a sofa, and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils for cooking, including dish soap. A small supermarket is also just a few minutes' walk away. A really thoughtful touch is the TV, which can be swiveled to face either the sofa or the bed, and logging into Netflix was very easy. The location is a bit of a walk from the main city center, which is something to consider if you have a lot of luggage, but bus stops are conveniently close by. The big advantage of this location is the incredible peace and quiet. With the windows closed, you hear nothing, and even with them open, it's just some light traffic. Plus, you're only a five-minute walk from a beautiful forest, which was a huge bonus for us! The bed, though a bit on the narrow side, was extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep the room cool. The staff's attentiveness was also truly impressive. When we accidentally set off the smoke alarm while cooking, we received a call within moments to check if everything was okay. This shows how caring and professional they are.

Very nice, clean Great breakfast

Good sizeable room, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, excellent bathroom facilities. I was on the ground floor at rear of property and there was absolutely no noise at night. The property is in a wonderful location in the old town, right next to a bustling narrow street full of cafés and boutiques. Staff were polite and helpful when I arrived before check-in allowing me to store my luggage. Perfect place to stay for a solo traveller or couple.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it had everything that we needed for our stay and the location was perfect, only a short walk into the city centre and a 15 minute walk to the train and bus stations. We also really appreciated having access to a washing machine and dryer. We would definitely stay here again?

Location, staff and of course the room. Value for money was way better than expected. We were provided with all the informations about the sights to visit as well as the good recommendations for the restaurants as well. Thank you very much for everything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ljubljana!

The guesthouse is conveniently located between the Main Central Station and the Main Square. Walking distance from all public transport and near a lot of food, beverages, sightseeing and shopping options. The bathroom has a good-sized shower, the water pressure is excellent, and the overall cleanliness of the premises is outstanding. A special thanks to the staff that helped me get from and to the airport, even before I was there, with a special offer of cheaper and reliable transportation. Also, a special note regarding the breakfast. Delicious, full of options and available when we agreed to. The front-door restaurant also serves delicious local food (with a discount coupon for guests). Try the Gulasch!

It has everything you need, nothing more and nothing less. For the price its really really great. Will definetly book it for my next stay. Friendly and easygoing landlord

What a lovely place! We weren’t sure what to expect so was pleasantly surprised to be received in a sparkling clean, incredibly spacious area. The room was massive with a lovely balcony, a comfy bed and clean linens. The kitchen has everything you need, with multiple fridges for guests and plenty of space to relax or dine. Supermarket and shopping mall within walking distance, and a 10 minute drive into the city centre. Parking on-site was a lovely bonus.

Location couldn't be better. Easy check in and out. The room was very clean modern and stylish. We parked at the train station that was about 10 minute walk.
