The room was clean every day, the staff was very nice and polite. The room was always with a great smell. The train in front does not disturbs. It's a really quiet street and the restaurant Claudina is really good , the food is excellent and the staff is so kind. We loves to meet a brazilian waiter that was so nice to us and suggested great meals. Loved to meet Mafalda and Ricardo , they are very nice people. Looking foward to come back. Thank you!

We loved everything about this little hotel. It is a true gem for the cost. The staff were excellent; alwyas helpful and were happy to store our luggage on the day of arrival. The room was clean, comfy and lovely. We were in the older section of the hotel which had a lovely living room where you could sit and read. There was cake, fruit and coffe availabe all day, and an honour bar if you wanted a drink. Breakfast was excellent, The pool looked lovely but we were there in Febraury and so did not use it. But we did sit on the patio and in the gardens. It took about 10 minutes to walk into the old town and we always felt safe.

Had a lovely 3 night stay. Had a hire car easy to park and reach nearby locations like caiscais and Lisbon. Hospitality was friendly and inviting, including indie the dog. The room was clean tidy, spacious and comfortable. No complaints an enjoyable stay would recommend for couples.

Very warm welcome by Carlos in his beautifully designed villa which is situated in the hills above Cascais. Easy parking right in front of the premise. Perfect location to explore the area around Cascais, Sintra, Lisboa etc.. Outstanding breakfast with lots of fresh fruits, high quality coffee etc., croissants, delicous cheese, basically everything in a cosy and decent villa-style atmosphere. As opposed to most other accomodations, you really have a host and owner of the premise who cares about high-level standards and knows how to please his guests. We will be back next time!

Francis and all staff at reception, rooms support, fab hi quality, newly refurbished room, high quality decor, breakfast and bar area. This guesthouse is across the road from the 5 star Banyan Tree Spa, clean outdoor pool, local wine shops, and boardwalk for local beach walks and handy cheap train and uber airport and Lisbon connection services. Overall, ideal, quality short break venue.

A beautiful old villa with loads of charm. Our room was located on the ground floor to the garden/pool. We slept with the window open and it was absolutely quiet. Bed was supremely comfortable and the bed linen was so soft. The bathroom was spacious and modern with a very good shower. The location was perfect, just a tiny bit away from the centre of Cascais so it was quiet, but within minutes we were at the restaurants and shops. The staff were very nice and attentive, especially the lovely guest relations guys and the kind lady in the breakfast room. The pool looked lovely but we didn't dare to try it as it was November, however, we sat in the garden for a while and enjoyed it. And we appreciated the complimentary minibar drinks and water.
