The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early, which was a huge help for me, I appreciate it. <3 The room is excellent as promised: lovely mountain view; 2 windows, therefore sunny; nice design; cleanliness; bed very comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful and a large selection (yummy Polish cheese); a nice smiley lady freshly brews the coffee. It was a great help that they kept my luggage for a couple of hours. <3 The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the centre, but everything is nearby: grocery shop, authentic Polish restaurant (Karczma Zornica), café, pharmacy. Thank you for your hospitality, I will book with you on my next visit to Zakopane. :)

The staff is very kind. The room is old furnitured but very clean. The breakfast is tasty and delicious. There is a great small play room for children with nice toys. The location is great, the main street is in walking distance.

The hotel room we received was second to none, we had an amazing view from our balcony overlooking the forest, hills, and mountains. It was a breathtaking sight to wake up to. Secondly the location just borders the Dolina Bialego hiking trail and is only a 15-20 minute walk from the main centrum. With the stay we received free access to the termes, that added surprise was a bonus indeed. Lastly there is a beautiful wooden karczma opposite our hotel, the place had amazing food, live music, and good choices of drinks. Highly recommend.
