Don’t let the lack of reviews put you off! This place is new and we had a great stay. Good location away from the noise, but only 7 minute walk to the centre. The road is a dirt road, but only a tiny section got muddy when it rained, so very easy to traverse. Also somewhat well lit. The staff were incredibly friendly and so lovely. They’d honestly do anything for you. We were running late for our ferry and they drove us themselves to the port. The room was really clean and the place is new. You also get a bug light in the room, which gives you peace of mind against mosquitoes. You’re also provided a kettle with coffee and some shampoo and body wash. The shower was on the colder side, but the pressure was amazing, best we’ve had so far. You are near local families, so expect some animal noises but it wasn’t too bothersome.

This place is fantastic and I recommend everyone book this place if they are planning on visiting panglao beach. It’s a short ride to Alona beach or a nice 40 minute stroll. The staff is so attentive and the breakfast each morning is tasty. You can relax and read your book by the pool

Best place in Panglao, i arrives earlier and my room wasn't ready but the owner was so nice give me a place to change and shower, offer me a drink it's all about service here! Gor the price you can't find better for sure!

Really clean and comfortable room. The owner is very friendly and organised a tuk tuk to the port for us the day we left for a much fairer price than we were quoted on the street.

He had a lovely time staying here and couldn’t find any fault of the place. Staff was very accommodating and lovely. The place is good location but I would recommend renting a bike to be able to get to the main area. The road to the accommodation is an off road so it does get muddy so bare that in mind. The only thing to mention is that when I booked I thought there was a kettle in the room and one of the mentioned facilities was a kitchen. Although you could get hot water to the water refill I’m not sure what access you had to the kitchen so that was unclear to me.

Very clean, chill, quite and budget friendly place. They have a huge nice garden to hang out. Wifi is working very well. The owners and workers are super friendly and helpfull. It is 15 minutes from the AirPort and few minutes walking distance from Alona Beach. There are Motorbike rentals everywhere around the place. Walking distanece to restaurants, bars and markets. No bedbugs, no weird insects in the room which is hard to find in the region.

Very clean, the young woman taking care of the hotel is a sweetheart always ready to help, they have a convenience store on site with great prices, they can cook you a simple breakfast at a very good price, motorbike rental, away from traffic noise. Loved it so much I extended 4 more nights Highly recommended
