We had an amazing stay. The host couple are very helpful and kind. Room, Lounge and toilet was sparkling clean. We took trip to Fjord with the owner - highly recommended. Very happy with the stay. Highly recommended. Direct bus to the town center from the property is very helpful too. Everything was perfect, place n people .. Stavros was very helpful and kind!! I did two tours with him, and they were exceptional too.. he took extra effort for us to see the lights.

The room was comfortable and all the common areas were clean and tidy. The host were really helpful and friendly. Also the tours to the northern lights and the fjords were amazing.

We haven't really seen the staff, only when they came to clean the communal areas. It was cleaned every day by staff. We booked the double room, it was a good size. We could lock our room's door but not the front door. However, the area is very safe so no need to lock the front door. Kitchen/bathroom was well equipped. It's not a hotel room but it was really worth it for the amount of money we payed. It's very close to the bus stop and half an hour away from the city centre by walk.

The hosts made us feel so welcome, it's location is ideal, with magnificent views of the fjord and mountains. A lovely cafe with great food is a walk away and it is easy to get to from the airport or Tromso. Plus the host offered a fabulous photo tour with help to get the right settings on your camera for the lights!
