It is the ultimate place for some rest in Nouakchott. If you would like to meet up with other travellers, then I highly recommend this place. But our experience was GREAT. Samba (the host) picked us up us from the airport, helped us buy a simcard and bus tickets to Nouadhibou. In general he was really helpful and welcoming and I'm sure our time in Nouakchott wouldn't have been as pleasant if it hadn't been for him. He helped us with transport from the bus station, and back to the station the next day, and also helped us to exchange our money.
