I really was impressed about everything. The Riad arrange the transfer from the airport, the driver was super polite and helpful. When we entered to the Riad I just was speechless, the Abdel (I have no idea how to write it), received us, he explained everything and all the details, despite we arrived almost at midnight!, he was so attentive and friendly. The room was perfectly cleaned, and decorated with good taste, we have all that we needed, shampoo, soap and the staff even helped me with the laundry. The common areas are beautifully designed and decorated, the terrace is a dream, I couldn’t believe it, was like in a movie or a magazine. The breakfast was enormous and fantastic, so tasty!, better than lots of hotels that I visited. The riad Alia is so spectacular, is from far the best boutique hotel that I know, I fully recommend and hope to come back soon!

Riad is very pretty. Clean, organised. Breakfast is good. Location is good 5 min from palaces and 10 min from main market square. I like everything. Very quiet relaxing area but very close to main attractions and restaurants.

I am so happy that I chose to stay in Riad Ilyan & Spa. As a solo female traveller it truly exceeded any expectations I could have had. The location was perfect. The staff was super kind and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. Everyting was really good, we loved the breakfast, there was lots of delicious food and fresh orange juice. On arrival we were given tea and a selection of morrocan cakes. We also really liked the rooftop. The second time we stayed in a different room, which had a door to the bathroom and was much more spacious. Highly recommended! :) Thank you!

Location is right in the heart of Marrakech. The owner of the Riad was extremely helpful and friendly, the facilities were beautiful and we felt very safe and well looked after here. The breakfast and amenities supplied were beautiful and we were excited to go back to our Riad at the end of each day.
