Riad is in good location, on the edge of the medina but easy to find. Great value for money. Mohamed was very welcoming and caring, helped us with everything, we booked our sahara trip with them and I think we got the best price like that, also Mohamed took care that everything was settled.

The property itself was gorgeous! It is very authentic and well preserved. You wouldn't believe there's a medina right outside the door, it was so peaceful! Meryem and her crew were amazing. They went way above beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Got us a great driver and guide to take us sightseeing. Liaised with the driver who took us to Chefchaouen. Always had copious amounts of mint tea available. The day we checked out, kept our luggage so we could wander around for some last-minute tours. I don't know how they managed it, the riad was always full but we felt like the only guests...that's how personalised the service was. Thank you guys, will definitely be back!

Felt Like Home 🙂We had such a great stay at Old City Palace in Fes The place is beautiful and calm right in the middle of the medina but still easy to find The staff were super friendly and helpful the whole time Our kids especially loved the little pool it was perfect for them to play and cool off after walking around Honestly it was one of their favorite parts! The riad also helped us get a really good tour guide to explore the medina He was professional knew a lot and made the visit so much easier and more interesting They even helped us book an amazing trip to Merzouga and the Sahara it was well organized and at a very fair price It was the kind of place where you actually feel at home We''d definitely come back

This riad is located in the heart of the Medina. We're close to a taxi stand, so we can easily access the surrounding area. Activities and excursions are offered right at the riad. The breakfast is locally sourced and very generous, making it a great place to start the day. There's a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere. Special thanks to Maryam, who was extremely helpful and friendly. She explained the culture and way of life to us and answered all our questions!

Zakariae was very friendly and nice , please book transfer from hotel 1st time to see location, because it’s easy to miss . But if you booked the transfer Zakariae pick up is from transfer - and it was really to feel this people really care about you . Our room was oki ) breakfast was good , personal was incredible nice . Staff was courteous. They offered us upgrade to largest suite they have, but we preferred to stay at the top floor as sunlight is better during our winter visit. Breakfast was good, and they served breakfast at 12:00 because we woke up late. They arranged our local tours and they helped us to ship the ipod we left in the room hurry.
