A lovely view towards some trees and the bay, and a real feeling of calmness and peace. The room is modest, yet beautifully and simply arranged with a very big window that gives light and a frame to look outside so the room itself doesn't feel like it is closed from outside which is very nice - especially on rainy days when we have to stay inside for most of the day : it is still a very pleasant. Also, the room has a sink inside, that is very convenient. 10 minutes to the shop and restaurants - nice walk along the bay. The bed is confortable.

Pretty hostel, our room was large, the beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the well designed lighting in our room: a nice warm ceiling light and also a small reading lamp. We had a room with "semi-private" bathroom, which meant that we shared the bathroom (toilet, sink, shower) with one other room. The common kitchen is very well equipped. The hostel crew was welcoming, the place had a cool youngster vibe.

The location of the apartment is just perfect - it's halfway between the city center and the beach, everything is easily reachable by foot. And the apartment itself is way better than presented in the pictures - it's pretty big, very cozy and full of light, as well as has an amazing terrace surrounded by flowers.

At cosy Guest House Vasara, located just 100 metres from the Curonian Lagoon, guests are welcome to large, modern and spacious rooms which have been designed to high standards of comfort.

We liked the greeting we got from the flower-lined entrance to Vasara Guest House which was continued with the large potted plant in our 3rd floor front room which is reached by a narrow staircase and which has a view of sunrises over the lagoon. Second floor front rooms have a small balcony. The guest house is a short walk a from the Nida Bus Station back along the way the bus enters to town (about a pretty 50 minute ride from the Old Ferry Port). The private house has no reception and you might have to call the number posted on the window near the front door. The kitchen on the first floor has everything you'll need, including some basic cooking supplies. Our room was clean and spacious and I hit my head only twice on the slopping ceiling. Communication is done by phone or messaging via Booking. We enjoyed our stay. The area is well worth visiting.

An excellent location in foresty area and also with views to the lake. From the pontoon you can spot lots of birds and was lucky to see some grebe parents teaching their young ones how to fish and feed. The host Margarita does all and more than it takes to make it a perfect stay at this amazing spot. Thanks for everything and hope to be back.
