Brand new accommodation, great location, super clean, air conditioning, lovely breakfast and just the loveliest hosts! Very relaxed vibe, quiet but also really close to the beach and restaurants, little supermarket etc.. Bunty and his lovely wife made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. We also ate there one evening and it’s was delicious! It was an absolute pleasure to stay there .. Highly recommend!

I had a great stay at Paradise Beach House, especially as I discovered I could attend open yoga classes nearby. The room had everything I needed & it was lovely to sit on the balcony watching the world go by at breakfast & dinner. The family were so kind and served delicious food & accommodated my early rising for yoga : ) The beach is just a short walk away & shop nearby too. Great value and a warm welcome.

The view from pool was marvelous and love the first sight of the room. Beach we didn't get the opportunity to view the Beach.

A perfect little stay - everyone was very friendly and welcoming and gave us lots of recommendations. The room had everything we needed and it was all clean. The ice tea on arrival was super yummy!! Very close to turtle beach and only a tuktuk away from the main beach

We spent 10 days in Surf Bay Villa in early December 2023. The owner Chamila was very helpful and nice. He has arranged the scooter for us and a tuktuk if it was needed. Definetly I highly recommend this place both for a short and longer stay

Stayed 5 nights and loved it. Staff are fantastic, the facilities are great - yoga shala, pool and chill out area. Food is extremely good - very fresh and tasty. Great location, 2 mins walk to the beach and main strip. Yoga classes are professionally led, and you can also use the surfboards from the hotel. Room and open air bathroom are lovely. Super clean and comfortable - staff readily available to help with anything and we appreciated being notified when next door venues were having an event in the evening and what time it would end.
