The serenity! Birds, bees, monkeys, butterfly, cats mongoose, sqirrels and dogs is all you hear..didnt see any elephants but it didn't matter. Loved staying here and exploring the old city..clean comfy, safe and every one in the community is so friendly with a genuine hello! The host is very knowledgeable and has a real love and passion for his city. Great restraunt near by too.

Room is very big, with comfortable beds. Very quiet location. Hot water works very well, there is even a toothpaste. WiFi works very well. We had no mosquitoes. To the historical part you can cycle by bicycle , there is a path, you don’t have to cycle on the highway. The juices are very tasty.

The first time I stayed here was in 2016 and I love to return to this place to Amma Vasa, Samal, and now Lilly the dog! They welcomed us like their own family and I'm writing this now with wet eyes. The place itself is something you are searching for in the journey: clean, simple, and comfortable. The location is great also, just 5 minutes from the Ancient City and the lake by bike, that can also rent there. The hosts also helped us get our clothes to the laundry and dropped us near the only working restaurant even though it was late and heavy raining. Thank you from the very bottom of my heart. We had a great stay here, hosts are very welcoming and helpful. Cooked us very delicious breakfasts and dinners and even made it vegan upon our request. They also arranged bike hire for us. Great location, close to the ancient city.

Breakfasts served in accordance with customer expectations. The host, Carlos, is an extremely unique person who hosted me so wonderfully that I felt like I was on a movie scene. Even his dirty smock with a hole in it matched the look perfectly. Greetings to Caru!!! :)
