The nicest host and room we had in sri lanka, they are really amazing. Room is big very clean with great air-conditioning, amazing shower and toiletries. We were really happy there and would not have minded to stay an extra day. In Negombo is great for shopping and restaurants and very easy to reach the airport! Free drop off in the morning was perfect!

The location is excellent, very close to the airport. The hotel looks modern, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning and the fan both worked well, and the bathroom was very convenient. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The staff were very attentive, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommended if you need to spend a night near the airport.

Jaya Residence was wonderful & very quiet place to rest. The family was so friendly and welcoming. Properly owner also very good and kind.They gave me fresh fruit juice when I arrived. Jaya Residence was very close to the airport & the owner arranged me the transport. I had everything I needed. The room and the bathroom were very clean. The Air condition was super & the bed was very comfortable. The towels and bedsheets are very newly. In my room there was a window.The garden was very beautiful and super quiet. The location was easy to find perfect. The fantastic place to start or end your journey in Sri Lanka .🇱🇰 Highly recommend it for anyone . They helped with future travel plans. On Request they pick up from everywhere. A special highlight was the food of the mother : I would give it 11 out of 10 points! It was delicious 😋 Thank you for a lovely stay. I recommend Jaya Residence 💯

    What a beautiful place and the hosts are just the absolute best. Amazing breakfast. Clean room. Great garden and pool. Perfect to slow down and relax. I consider to come again before leaving Sri Lanka, as It felt like home away from home.

    We wanted somewhere a little out of the way and this was it. We used local buses, tuk tuks, trains and we walked a lot. Staff were charming.

    Very good communication with the owner, short time to answer. Was there to welcome us in the middle of the night after arriving in Sri Lanka Airport. Very delicious breakfast, served exactly at the time we would like to have it. The big surplus of this property is the pool and the area around the pool. The rooms are good for one or two nights but not to large but clean. Also welcome the cat :-), it's a good place to settle in after arriving in Sri Lanka or for the last night before flying home, the way to Negombo by Tuck Tuck cheap.
