I recently stayed at The Colombo House and had a great experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and located conveniently. What truly made my stay memorable was the kind uncle who was working there. He was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed, and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. Amazing Place. Super clean - the cleanest place we stayed in Sri Lanka!! Hot showers, cold AC, comfortable beds. There is a kitchen with all of the facilities, tea and coffee was provided and the living room had a tv which we had to ourselves as we were the only guests! Location is a lovely quiet area, listening to the birds in the morning with a cup of tea was like heaven 😍 We also enjoyed watching the fish as there are 2 tanks and a fish pond, and there are some of the cutest dogs with the owners upstairs. The staff were fantastic. Wish we found this place earlier and booked a longer stay, but we are flying home today. Highly recommend this Guesthouse

Exceptional and unique. Service and cleanliness was impeccable. The room itself is very spacious, and at a comfortable temperature despite the heat outside. Piyanth, our host, was friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended - the sort of experience you will not find in any hotel or resort. We were pleasantly surprised, and the very high rating is well deserved.

We had the most wonderful stay at Aathma House. The location is perfect: a quiet, little green haven in the midst of Colombo. The room was outstandingly well decorated and comfortable and the pool was stunning. Most of all, the personnel was particularly sweet and attentive (and the food delicious - big up to the crab curry!). We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Aathma House for this wonderful start to our honeymoon!

Great joint. Room is little hence the name economy single room.  There's no windows so wouldn't recommend staying for longer than two or 3 nights. But they do have other doubel sized rooms if you wanna stay for longer.The place is spot on. Clean and well Maintained. The house owners are kind and reasonable people as well. I don't know what the previous asian lady was talking about but they do provide free WIFI and no dramas with the toilet tissues. Overall brilliant place for a visit. Get some business done or for a good night sleep before you hit your long trip.
