Uthaya, the host, is great. She was kind, and always helped us out. The breakfasts are tasty and generous, and she even sourced fresh mackerel and prawns to make us two delicious and very good value dinners. This is a small guesthouse with 3 rooms and a shared terrace with your own seating area amongst the garden. It is quiet, walkable to Nilaveli beach and lots of food and drink options nearby. We had a large air-conditioned room which was spotless and comfortable, with mosquito nets, though we actually weren't bothered by them. Thank you!

Our family (2+2) recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic resort in Sri Lanka, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly hospitable family who runs the place. Their kindness and attentiveness made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of local and international dishes that satisfied every palate. Each meal was a delightful experience, showcasing the rich flavors of Sri Lankan cuisine. The resort itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Our room was spotless and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The attention to detail in the upkeep of the entire property was evident and greatly appreciated. Overall, our stay was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the wonderful hospitality, amazing food, and pristine conditions of the resort. I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse – great value for money! The room was comfortable and included a bathroom and a fan. The property itself has plenty of relaxing spots, with hammocks to lounge in and tables where you can work. The host was very kind and attentive, always ready to assist with any issues. He also allowed me to use the kettle, kitchenware, and fridge. I ordered breakfast and dinner several times from the menu, and everything was delicious at very reasonable prices. The guesthouse is ideally located, halfway between the main road and the beach, just a 7-minute walk to the beach. You can take a bus to Trincomalee, though it may take a little time to catch one. Throughout my 4-day stay, I felt completely at home. I highly recommend staying here!"

We loved the location - only a couple of hundred meters from the stunning Niavelli beach. The staff were all super friendly. Outside, our room had 2 wooden deck chairs for us to enjoy and inside the room we had a fridge. Unfortunately for us, we were only staying the 1 night here, if we had more time we would have loved to stay longer. It seemed like they had body boards and bikes for guests to borrow (although we didn't ask to use them) and had a hammock in a shady spot in the well looked after garden area that separates the restaurant from the accommodation area.

Cozy bungalow with big terrace and beautiful views. Good mattress. Nicely decorated. A big bottle of water and a hot water kettle plus tea was provided. Good wifi. We were the only guests and enjoyed peace and tranquility. 2 minutes to the beach.

It must be a 10 out of 10! That was just a wonderful place! Everything is made with so much love and love for detail! The staff was so kind and you really have to stay abd relax at Memos Beach. Best place I've been in 6 weeks.
