Mango House was our first stay in Sri Lanka after a long haul flight and what a lovely, peaceful and rejuvenating haven it was! With a beautiful garden full of the sounds of nature, and the kind and attentive host we really didn't want to leave! Breakfast and dinner were also excellent.

Absolutely loved our stay - after travelling for a long time, Deb and Joseph's place felt like staying with a relative. Upon our arrival in Sri Lanka, we planned to stay in this accommodation for just one night before moving on, but in the end, we stayed longer to get better rest after the trip. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed: hot water in the bathroom, a wardrobe, a fan, air conditioning, a balcony, and a fridge in the apartment. There is also a shared kitchen with all the necessary items and a microwave, as well as a beautiful shared terrace where we spent a lot of time.🌅 The best part of all was the family running the place. They were always kind and smiling, and breakfast was always waiting for us right at ten, as we had agreed: English breakfast, pancakes, fruit, a pot of tea, curry…🍽️🍉 And it’s important to mention that this amazing breakfast is included in the room price. The host even helped us break down larger bills so we could pay for the store delivery we had ordered. Truly worth recommending! We might even stay there again when heading back toward Negombo.☀️
