The family welcomed us warmly; they were really nice and friendly people. ❤️ The room was clean, modern, and matched the pictures. The breakfast was amazing—I highly recommend it. The yard area and swimming pool were beautiful and enjoyable. There were many monitor lizards swimming in the nearby river, and they are worth seeing.

So first of all the staff was incredibly and so friendly! The pool was great (very clean) and the room itself very big and great for a family! Location is okay, if you want to go to town you just have to get a tuktuk, but there are a 10 minute walk to a store and restaurants.

The place is a bit more pricy but had very modern, clean and spacious rooms - the best we had on our whole Sri Lanka trip. The place is close to Hikkaduwa beach but is located in a quiet side street. From there you can walk to all the restaurants and bars. The people who manage the place are very friendly and open. If you have any wish dont hesitate to ask - they will figure out a way.

Very nice Villa with friendly atmosphere and great hospitality! The room was spacious and clean, good breakfast, beautiful swimming pool in jungles and cute monkeys, which were coming in the mornings to get some food. The owner of the villa is very friendly and helped us a lot. The staff is happy and smiling, like a big family, and we felt like at home among friends. Definitely recommend this place!
