The location was lovely, across from the waterfall, and close to the start of Ella Rock trail. If you want a little secluded cabin in the wilderness, this is the place. We had incredible breakfast every morning, and they were so helpful and provided transport to town whenever we wanted. The service was outstanding and always with a smile! Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely the most amazing accommodation we stayed at in Sri Lanka, specifically for the view of the rolling hills and the incredibly amazing spread for breakfast (the best I've had in the past week). The staff is super nice and generally a very quiet location 30mins out from Ella

we had a wonderful stay here! The place was very clean and well-maintained, offering great value for the money. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a lovely selection of fresh fruits. Everything was great at this place. The owner is just a wonderful person. She was very welcoming and attentive. The location is a bit isolated, not to close to the maine street, so it's a bit quieter, but not to far either. The breakfast was rich in diversity and taste. All the basic amenities were provided.

The owner, Asanka, met us on the road and took us to the hotel. At that moment, there was a power cut in the area and Asanka did everything to make our evening wonderful - he lit candles so that there was light, prepared tea for us and treated us to a pie. He really wanted us to be comfortable, it's very nice! Soon the electricity returned. the rooms were clean, nice neat bed, clean bathroom, shower with hot water! Each room had bottled drinking water. In the morning you can see an amazing view from the balcony - you can see the mountains, the waterfall, on the other hand you can look at the train (they don't run at night, so we slept great). There were no mosquitoes and flies! We also had a wonderful breakfast in the morning! There was tea, milk, scrambled eggs, toast with butter and jam, and a wide variety of fruits. Wonderful guesthouse with the sweetest people running it. All you need for a couple of days in Ella. Super clean(!) and breakfast on the porch was peaceful and filling. Would return if we visit Ella again. Standard, staff and best value during our month in Sri Lanka makes it a 10/10.

The view is fantastic, very nice place, green, clean and the stuff are extremely friendly (we even had catch an early train and they woke up at 5am to make our breakfast). Breakfast is a lot with varirty (eggs, local pancakes, fruits, coffee, tea) served in the room at your balcony while you are having the best view. The place location is perfect, you just need to talk down the little hill, it takes you like 5min tops and you are in the city center, which is good cause you get the amazing view and silence. You can also walk to the Nine Arch Bridge and to little Adam's Peak from the hotel in under 45min. Highly recommended.

Everything here was just lovely. The rooms are super clean and the owners have included many thoughtful items such as extra blankets, pillows and electric kettle/tea. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. The host/owner was super friendly and I felt very welcomed. I would most definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity to return. It is also a very short walk to the downtown area.

I definitely recommend staying here. I regret that I did not immediately book more nights … beautiful view from the house. no neighbors. private terrace with garden .. and great breakfasts !! everything in the house is new and clean! I will definitely be back!
