This place is lovely. The room has all the commodities including AC, fan and hot water! It is very close to the beach and to nice restaurants. It's like 15min (walking) away from the river where you can do all the water sports. The breakfast is super nice! The son of the lady running the guest house took me to the airport for a very good price.

A simply wonderful 2 week stay amid a beautiful green oasis of carefully tended plants & a spotlessly clean & comfortable room. Aayu is an excellent hostess from the warm welcome excellent breakfasts and all the extra touches were much appreciated. We cannot recommend Aayu's place highly enough it is an absolute gem . Nice, quiet and above all clean accommodation not far from the beach and the train station. Breakfasts were great and rich. I highly recommend this accommodation.

This family-run compound, set off the main road and nestled in the forest, is an absolute delight. The staff, including all family members, are friendly, warm, and happy to help with whatever you need. The food is fantastic; it is all homecooked, and they will facilitate whatever you want. We are both vegetarian and the food that was provided was the best we had eaten in Sri Lanka. The nearby beach, accessible by free tuk-tuk ride, is simply the most magnificent, untrammelled beach I have ever seen. Spotless, golden sands, warm blue water and stunning scenery. The rooms are enormous with comfortable beds, clean (outdoor!) bathroom and a lovely porch. The entire resort was spotless. We spent 11 days in Sri Lanka in total, across a range of different style accommodations, 5* to 2* hotels and this was easily the best place we stayed.

Beautiful, calm, quiet, peaceful place to stay. An absolute steal at the price point, the room was stunning. So much space, insansely comfortable bed with really good mosquito net. The bathroom was clean, shower pressure amazing and hot. Couldn’t recommend more.

The calm and quiet surrounding, clean and tidy bedroom and bathroom, convenience of location (close to the main road/not too far from the Bentota town), friendly host, and most of all Value for Money! We were attending a wedding at a nearby hotel and the host kindly let us back into the room even after checking out earlier in the day so that we could freshen up before our long journey back home.

We loved the Red Coconut Villa, everything was perfect. The garden is amazing, like an oasis. Everything is so tastefully done, it couldn’t be better. The beach is across the road, so quiet. This was amazing. Great Pool, lovely new clean accommodation. Staff were really friendly. What can I say about breakfast, so much great food we didn't need to eat until dinner time. Don't hesitate to book this private small villa.
